"The Chair" executive producers Zachary Quinto and Neal Dodson presented "The Creative Side of Filmmaking: Building a Lasting Career," on Feb. 17 in the GRW Theater.

"Part of the value of being in school is that you are in an environment in which you can fail, and that's an absolute essential part of the creative process," Quinto said.

Quinto and Dodson discussed how they got their start in the industry, offered career advice and held a Q&A session with the students.
