Dr. Helena Knorr, an assistant professor in the School of Business has been chosen to present papers she has co-authored at the Conference of the International Network of Business and Management Journals (INBAM). The conference will be held in Valencia, Spain from June 1st to June 4th, 2010.

The two papers that Knorr has co-authored and will be presenting are "Young entrepreneurs innovate in Europe, what makes them different?" and "From employees to entrepreneurs: the relevance of virtues."

The theme of this conference is "Creativity and Innovation in an International Context". At the conclusion of the conference, guest editors will decide which of the presented papers will be chosen for the special issues of the corresponding publications of the SSCI journals and will be published next year.

Knorr is well known for starting the new graduate program in Organizational Leadership and served as the director of the program in 2006-2007. She teaches courses in the Master of Business Administration and Organizational Leadership programs and also has her Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota.
