This one-day event features a variety of presentations that promote green infrastructure, healthy communities and low-cost land management practices that balance human needs with natural resource protection.

At this conference, attendees will learn about the green streets of Ohiopyle, healthy school communities in Shaler, energy and money savings using the National Park Service's CLIP tool, and much more! Hear from keynote speaker and former mayor of Pittsburgh, Tom Murphy, currently a Senior Resident Fellow with the Urban Land Institute. Network with professionals from throughout southwestern Pennsylvania and beyond. Stay for the free, optional post-conference green roof tour and dessert reception at the Allegheny County Office Building.

The conference starts at 7:30 am and will finish at 4 pm. Registration fee is $30.

Completion of this conference qualifies for 5 recertification credits for the PLNA Pennsylvania Certified Horticulturist and the PLANET Landscape Industry Certified Technician, as well as 5 continuing education credits through ASLA.
