Dr. Archish Maharaja Presents Research at National Conference Wednesday, November 18, 2009

Dr. Archish Maharaja, Assistant Professor of Business Management at Point Park, presented at the 5th Annual World Health Care Innovation and Technology Congress held in Arlington, VA, November 8th-10th. Dr. Maharaja presented his poster on "Use of the Electronic Health Record in Private Medical Practices."

This conference featured noted speakers of international prominence such as former President Bill Clinton, former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich and former National Health Information Coordinator Dr. David Brailer.

Dr. Maharaja has taught at Point Park since 2000. His research activities are concentrated in healthcare administration and management and information technology as it applies to healthcare.
