In her article titled, "Part One - Vendor Risk Management: The Good, the Bad and the Very, Very Ugly," Rauluk provides a practical guide and tools for educational institutions to effectively implement vendor risk management plans.

This article is the first in a series of three articles written by Rauluk on vendor risk management for the journal.

"A peer at a local university asked for my assistance in developing a vendor risk management program. I researched the topic and developed a core program, including a risk exposure framework and a risk identification/assessment tool," Rauluk explained.

After presenting on this topic at the National Association of Educational Procurement Professionals Annual Conference in May 2016, Rauluk was asked to share her expertise in Educational Procurement Journal.

Rauluk manages Point Park's risk management program, including the Enterprise Risk Management Initiative. She also serves as co-chair of the professional development committee for the University Risk Management and Insurance Association.

She has extensive experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, financial analysis, strategic planning, procurement, negotiation and contract management.
