Point Park University Names Tracy Claybaugh as New Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations Friday, November 7, 2025

After an extensive national search, Point Park University has named Tracy L. Claybaugh as its new Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations. The appointment is effective Dec. 1.
Claybaugh comes to Point Park with more than two decades of leadership experience in higher education finance and operations. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President for Finance, Administration and Operations at Plymouth State University in New Hampshire, where she provided strategic oversight for all financial, administrative and operational functions. Her extensive background also includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at the Behrend campus of Penn State University in Erie.
A native of Western Pennsylvania, Claybaugh brings both deep financial acumen and a strong appreciation for our region’s values and opportunities. She will serve as a key member of the President’s Cabinet, overseeing the university’s financial strategy, facilities, information technology and contracted services.

Claybaugh graduated from Waynesburg College with a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting.
