MC Carder is one of the most hardworking individuals I know, being the president of the Honors Organization, treasurer of SGA, and president of her club, the Taylor Swift Society. MC Carder represents what it means to be a student leader.

Paige is incredibly authentic, easy to talk to and overall has a positive attitude that is contagious. I know she is going to be an absolutely fantastic PAC and Chapter director. Throughout their many involvements, Allicia is always going the extra mile to ensure that all events they have a hand in are inclusive to everybody and puts in so much work to make that happen. You can see the commitment to making sure campus as inclusive as possible, and the hard work Allicia puts into everything they do is seen. Allicia certainly deserve this recognition.

I haven’t seen anyone take a position more seriously than Trevor has taken his role in a long time. He leads a tight ship; he governs the way we need to see a government being held. He holds people accountable, and he hasn’t lacked one quality a VP should have. He’s an amazing person who sticks to his values. He remains transparent with the student government and all around us.

This organization has been restructured this school year, creating more opportunities for students to shop for clothes and to buy directly from students. They have hosted events that allow students to sell their own things, including handmade items such as jewelry. This organization has also collaborated with numerous organizations, expanding its reach on campus.

The Taylor Swift Society

The Taylor Swift Society of Point Park University is an exceptional candidate for this award because they are always welcoming to any newcomers and Swifties of all different levels (Baby Swiftie to Mega Die Hard). Founder and current President MC Carder is always so excited for all meetings and events. While being a fan club, TSS has created a sense of community and family among its members. Since joining TSS, I have met wonderful individuals and have had such a blast talking about a mutual favorite musician in a relaxed and calming atmosphere.

This event has been a fun and accessible way for students to give back during the holidays without the pressure of spending sparse college change. This year's design not only featured the box building, but also activities for the students in attendance to get festive and personal with their gift boxes by writing cards and attaching polaroids.

Over the past 2 years as Executive Director, Elliott has made such an impact on the organization. They have really spearheaded all the different changes we have made to some internal processes to help us best fulfill our goals to the campus community. Elliott is also the first to volunteer and first on scene when any “fire” may come up with an event. Their continued hard work no matter how many long hours they put into this organization is unmatched and same with their passion for this organization to do great things. They deserve their flowers for everything they have done to help this organization thrive in the current and in the future.

Marc has done so much for SGA I truly don't think I could fit all my reasons in one box. I will say this, Marc asked me to be a part of SGA and explained his vision to me before our junior year had ended. We are now seniors on the cusp of graduation, and I have seen Marc and the rest of SGA accomplish just about everything he mentioned and more.

She is a wonderful resident educator. She is a great leader and example to every underclassman that knows her. She’s not even my resident educator and she went out of her way to make me feel welcome and like I had a friend.

She is extremely passionate about the position, and she tries her hardest to ensure safety for her residents. She treats all her residents with respect rather than talking down to them and always makes sure they all feel welcomed on the floor and around campus. She is a caring person and continues to be there for her residents and the other REs to assist with roommate conflicts, schoolwork and overall life challenges.

She has always been super helpful and caring for her residents. Her floors are always beautifully decorated and are fun to live in. She is always friendly and helpful. She helps give guidance.
