If you purchased regalia at the Barnes and Noble Bookstore:

Customer may bring the outfit back to the store for a full refund once the store is open again. If you are not able to come to the store, you may ship the outfit back to the store with the receipt and Barnes and Noble will issue you a refund once the store is open again. Please note: if mailing regalia back to the bookstore, you will need to include your contact information -- name, address, e-mail and phone number). If you don’t have your receipt, please email Bill Fabyanic, Store Manager, directly at and he will address each order individually with instructions on what to do.

If you ordered regalia VIA Oak Hall Website:

If not shipped, the order will be cancelled and refunded. If the order has shipped, the regalia can be returned and refunded if it is not removed from the plastic package. Shipping costs will not be refunded. For more information visit the Oak Hall Website here.
