Push your creativity to the limit
In our challenging modern dance program, you’ll push your personal boundaries and explore your unique potential for creativity. In addition to traditional movement exercises, you’ll cover the historic background of modern dance.
Each year, the Conservatory Dance Company works with dance luminaries and performs at the Byham Theatre in downtown Pittsburgh.

You will benefit from working with resident faculty, as well as guest teaching artists and choreographers. The full-time faculty have worked at dance companies around the world, and guest artists and choreographers regularly come to campus to conduct master classes and workshops.
