I would like to bring my younger sibling, is that OK?

No. Pioneer Experience is designed to accommodate new students and their parents. Activities have been created specifically for students and adults to gain the most from their experience while on campus. Childcare services will not be provided.

What should I wear?

The dress will be casual.

When can I pick up my student ID?

Student IDs will be available at check-out at the end of each Pioneer Experience session. For other ID questions, visit the ID Center page.

How do I finalize my class schedule?

Each student will have the opportunity to meet with their Center for Student Success coordinator to make any changes and finalize their schedule before leaving the Pioneer Experience.

Is there an orientation fee?

Point Park University values the Pioneer Experience as a significant component of every student's overall experience at the University. The orientation fee is $100 per student, and each student is able to bring up to two guests to the Pioneer Experience at no additional charge.

The Pioneer Experience fee is assessed upon course registration to the student's fall tuition bill. Students who do not attend the program will still be charged the fee, as it is tied to course registration.
