Upon successful completion and final review of degree requirements, your graduation is authorized and your diploma is ordered. You must be in good financial standing with the University to receive your diploma.

Your diploma will be mailed to you approximately six to eight weeks after the end of your term of graduation. Your diploma will be mailed to the home address we have on file. If you need to change that address please submit a Change of Address Form before the end of the term to the Office of the University Registrar.

Reordering a Diploma

If your original diploma has been lost, stolen or damaged you may obtain a replacement for a fee of $100. Requests can be made by completing the online printable Replacement Diploma Request Form. The form must be completed, signed and returned, either in person or by mail, with payment to:

Since it may be impossible to duplicate the original, the new diploma will be issued in the format currently used and will bear the signatures of the current institution officers. The diploma will also indicate that it has been reissued.
