Is your organization inclusive? Do your colleagues feel welcome? What deliberate efforts have you made, personally and professionally, to support belonging? How can we make others feel welcome and encourage a sense of belonging? As we move forward into a future that will challenge us to respond to systemic inequities, how might we personally, professionally and organizationally make an impact?
Join Point Park University Rowland School of Business Women in Industry (WIN) for our 2023-24 WIN virtual professional development series, Inclusive Leadership.

WIN Wednesdays: Inclusive Leadership
Building inclusive leadership capability need not be an overwhelming task, but it is not effortless. The Women in Industry initiative at Point Park University’s Rowland School of Business will explore inclusive leadership by identifying the characteristics of inclusive leaders, facilitating the development of leaders who lead inclusively, and exploring the tools inclusive leaders use in organizations and communities. As we move forward into a future that will challenge us to respond to systemic inequities, how might we personally, professionally and organizationally make an impact?
Sessions are held Wednesdays from noon to 1 p.m. EST.
Earn a certificate of completion when you attend the six-session Inclusive Leadership Series. For additional information, contact Professor Sandy Mervosh at smervosh@pointpark.edu for details.
This program is valid for 1 PDC for the SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP®. For more information, about certification or recertification, please visit www.shrmcertification.org.
