Stage AE Academic Partnership with Point Park UniversityConcert venue with dedicated Point Park classroom
Sports, arts and entertainment management majors at Point Park University have the opportunity to learn about the music industry and take classes at Stage AE — the second largest indoor/outdoor concert venue in America — located on Pittsburgh's North Shore.
Students get a chance to see the entertainment industry up close, as part of their regular learning experience. Point Park students also benefit from the collaboration by securing jobs and internships at Stage AE.
In addition, industry professionals have had the opportunity to share their expertise with SAEM students.
The 25-seat Stage AE classroom opened in the fall of 2011.
Since then, the collaboration has provided Point Park students with countless opportunities — from networking with music industry professionals to securing internships and jobs at Stage AE and other entertainment venues.
