Why did you choose Point Park University?
I chose Point Park because of its small class sizes and hands-on learning opportunities. The thing that drew me the most to Point Park was the Sports, Arts, Entertainment & Music Business (SAEM) program.
What do you enjoy the most about the SAEM program?
I enjoy all of the opportunities that are presented to us that allow students to get as much experience as possible.The faculty in the department are so knowledgeable and provide amazing advice and real-world experiences that help to prepare students entering the industry.

What is it like to work with Pioneer Records?
I am the Director of Marketing, Social Media and Public Relations for Pioneer Records. I oversee all of our social media channels, write and send out press releases, as well as approve any marketing materials for the label. The fellow directors and I also work towards planning and executing the Pioneer Stars Showcase at the end of the year at Stage AE!
What student groups do you participate in around Pittsburgh?
- Taylor Swift Society, co-president
- Ghostlight Theatre Company, financial director
- Girls Inc., social media & graphic coordinator

What real-world experiences have you had related to your major?
I've worked as an intern at Women Who Rock and Wyndham Championship. Plus, I was a stadium event assistant at Acrisure Stadium and held multiple volunteer roles.
What are your career goals?
I want to find a career that I am passionate about and fulfills me, either within the music or sports industries.
What advice do you have for prospective Point Park students?
Get involved! Either on campus or in your industry, the more experience the better. Even if you don't think you'll enjoy something, try it anyway, it may end up surprising you.
