Scholarship & Funding Opportunities

Point Park University Cheer and Dance is committed to making participation accessible and affordable for all team members.

Scholarship Opportunities
Incoming members may be eligible for scholarship awards based on talent, leadership, and commitment. Details regarding scholarship availability and criteria will be discussed during the recruiting process.

University-Sponsored Support
As an officially recognized club sport, Point Park Cheer and Dance provides significant financial support to cover key expenses. Team members are not responsible for costs associated with uniforms, choreography, game-day apparel, travel for competitions, or event participation.

Fundraising & Program Development
To enhance the overall experience, the program actively engages in fundraising initiatives throughout the year. These efforts help fund additional opportunities such as team bonding events, advanced training clinics, competition enhancements, and community outreach projects. Team members are expected to participate in these fundraising activities to support program growth and maintain a strong presence in the cheer and dance community.

Additional Support
The program works closely with campus resources and alumni networks to secure sponsorships and build partnerships that provide long-term sustainability and benefits for our athletes.
