- Rising Brothers and Sisters, a mentorship program of Point Park University's Rowland School of Business, seeks to increase representation of successful professionals of color on Point Park's campus and in high schools.
- The Women in Industry initiative exists to accelerate the success of women-identified students and professionals.
- Pioneer Pantry strives to alleviate food insecurity by providing supplemental food free to those in need within the Point Park University community.
- Bison Exchange is an on-campus thrift store that works to provide all Point Park students with access to affordable, high-quality clothing.
- ARTfully UPlifting is a sensory-friendly performance specifically designed and created for neurodivergent individuals with sensory processing difficulties, sensory needs and disabilities.
- It's On Us Grant funds sponsors programming throughout the year to prevent sexual assault and encourage active bystander engagement and inclusivity.
- Transgender Day of Remembrance and Transgender Day of Visibility are recognized with campus events.

- The University Counseling Center provides quality mental health support to the student community, empowering them as they grow as individuals and partnering with them as they move through their unique college experience.
