Inclusivity and Belonging
Incoming first-year students are welcomed to the university experience at Convocation in August 2023.
The second pillar of 2030 Pioneer Vision Strategic Plan is to "establish and nurture an inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity and belonging and supports students to perform at the highest level."
To meet this goal, the Student Affairs office strives to provide Point Park University faculty, staff and students with the resources they need to create a culture of respect on campus. We provide resources for any member of our community looking for businesses or groups that reflect their identity. We also amplify the excellent work going on in other departments around campus, such as the Teaching and Learning Lab and the Office of Title IX and Dispute Resolution.
