Degree candidates must submit the following:
- Appropriate completed application form.
- $30 application fee (The fee is waived if you apply online!)
- Official copies of all college and university transcripts from an accredited American institution or its equivalent from a recognized institution outside the United States sent directly from the college or university to the Graduate & Adult Enrollment Office, 201 Wood Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222
- Two work or school-related letters of recommendation addressing the applicant's motivation and seriousness of purpose for graduate work. These should be sent directly to the Graduate & Adult Enrollment Office.

International Students
International students also may apply for full-time admission to the graduate programs at Point Park University. In addition to the above, international students must submit the following:
- Official TOEFL and TWE scores, if required. Please contact the ISSE Office for additional information.
- Completed International Student Affidavit of Support Form and notarized/certified bank statements.
- Certified copies of original and translated transcripts of post-secondary education.
- Students who apply for full-time F-1 visa status are prohibited from attending part-time classes by the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS).

Rolling Admissions
- Applications from qualified students are accepted throughout the year.
- Students are admitted into the graduate programs for the Fall (September), Spring (January) and Summer (May) terms, with the exception of the M.F.A. in Acting which will accept its next class in the Fall of 2014.
- International student applications must be completed one month before the first term of study
