Building Stronger Communities. Creating Transformative Learning.
Point Park University's Center for Civic and Community Engagement (CCE) serves as a hub to support collaboration and social innovation between the campus and the community. The Center supports Point Park's faculty, staff and students in partnerships with local civic, nonprofit and community organizations who are involved with engaged scholarship, service-learning and community-based projects by mobilizing university-community partnerships to address societal challenges.
The CCE is committed to moving beyond transactional relationships to create transformational solutions for our communities. Whether supporting a neighborhood organization, advancing urban research, developing future civic leaders or helping students overcome barriers to success, the CCE transforms learning into action and partnerships into lasting community impact.
