The Rockettes are internationally recognized for precision dance and have expanded efforts to increase diversity and access through dancer development programs and targeted scouting initiatives.
Dancers are selected through open auditions or direct scouting by the Rockettes creative team. Point Park University is among the select institutions where talent scouting occurs, reflecting its role in preparing dancers for professional careers.
“These performers demonstrate the level of preparation required at the professional level,” said Garfield Lemonious, M.F.A., dean of the School of Dance and artistic director of the Conservatory of Performing Arts.
The Rockettes Holiday Show runs throughout the holiday season at Radio City Music Hall.
