Why did you choose Point Park?

Point Park offered me the diversity of an urban campus with an abundance of future employers nearby, while still giving me a true college experience.

How has attending Point Park prepared you for your future career?

Point Park and the administrators of the Department of Engineering Technology have many connections with possible future employers and various engineering firms that I could possibly work for after graduation.

Who is your favorite professor?

My favorite professor here would be Linda Graffia. I had her the first semester of my freshman year and she was made my chemistry lab a blast! She also gave me confidence in my choice to pursue my engineering career.

What activities are you involved in (both on campus and off)?

I am a member of the women's golf team.

What has going to school in the city of Pittsburgh taught you?

Being in the city, surrounded by successful graduates, has put me in a professional mindset.

What advice would you give to an incoming student?

My advice to incoming students would be to join as many clubs or organizations as you can. Not only will it give you the opportunity to meet new people, but it will also look great on your transcripts! Another piece of advice would be to go out and explore Pittsburgh. The city has so many unique places that are just waiting to be discovered!
