Point Park University’s master's degree in Learning, Design and Technology will prepare you for leadership, administration and management positions in the learning, design and technology fields.

Master of Arts (M.A.) in Learning, Design and Technology:

• Designed for those who work or are seeking to work in non-profit, corporate and other technology-rich learning environments, including higher education, health care, banking and training settings.
• Includes coursework leading to the Artificial Intelligence Certificate and can additionally lead to the PDE Instructional Technology Specialist Certificate.

Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Learning, Design and Technology:

• Please note this degree is only available to those who already hold a Pennsylvania Instructional I Teaching Certificate. 
• Designed for those who work and teach in PK–12 settings. 
• Includes coursework required for the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) Instructional Technology Specialist Certificate.
• Students will additionally be eligible for the PDE Online Instruction Endorsement and the PDE AI in Education Endorsement as part of the program.

Fully Online in a Flexible Format

Our fully online, 36-credit, cohort-based program will prepare you to effectively integrate technology into lessons, facilitate learner-centered activities, and develop interactive professional development programs in a wide range of learning organizations.  

The program is built to accommodate adult learners with professional responsibilities and competing demands for their time. Each course will be offered online in eight-week sessions, enabling each student in the program time to enroll in two courses per semester — one for eight weeks each — completing the program in six semesters.
