Center for Media Innovation to Host Outdoor Election Night Coverage
Thursday, October 29, 2020 U-View, WPPJ radio, The Globe and the Point Park News Service will be actively working throughout the night while presenting their coverage outside on campus and livestreamed on the CMI's YouTube channel. Additionally, the broadcast will be projected 40-feet high on the YWCA building at Wood Street and Third Avenue.

Monday, August 10, 2020 "New students can be active in their major and get involved with student media from day one. They can join U-View — Point Park's student broadcasting network — and crew a show, host an on-air segment or even produce their own content. Additionally, with minimal training, they can produce their own show on WPPJ, our student-run radio station," said Robin Cecala, Ph.D., associate professor of broadcast production.
